Solihull October 2008
The British Florist Association approached our very own National Association of Shopfitters in a bid to try and encourage their members to brighten up their shops in order to generate more business. The BFA were looking for NAS Members who were willing to get involved with them in this process, apart from us the response was very poor. We met with the BFA at the NAS Head Office and they expressed an interest in creating a "Shop of The Future" at their forthcoming Annual Conference to illustrate to their members the value of using a NAS Shopfitter.
Always willing to try new ideas we created a small shop unit that we built in our factory, flat packed it and then transported it to Solihull. The installation could only take place once the BFA dinner had finished, this turned out to be 1am which left us a mere 7 hours to erect, decorate, install the new floor, ceiling and wire up the lighting, piece of cake!!!!
The BFA Conference continued on the Sunday where an unveiling took place and the "Shop" was then used to display products and exhibits, the Delegates and President etc. hailed it as a major success.
