We took a call from the above client who had visited our website and liked what he saw, a meeting was arranged that week, budget costings were prepared, a board meeting took place and funds were approved. The next stage was to win in a competitive tender and bid process which we did, the Contract was signed drawings were prepared, Building Regulations achieved and off we went.

The entire first floor of this 1200m2 unit was stripped out, new air-conditioning and glass partitions were installed, new carpets, decorating and a new bespoke kitchen fitted not to mention an entire new suite of toilets plus a UPS system and all within seven weeks! The client was impressed not only as we were on time but within budget! We have subsequently carried out some smaller works for the client and we are all waiting for the next big job!
