This project was a complete Design and Fit Out for a local Security Company being forced to relocate due to the redevelopment of their current premises. We helped the client look at several units in Maidenhead before they settled on this one; this is all part of the friendly service we offer here at CDS.
The Design was to be functional yet stylish so standard White or Grey slatwall was not an option, aluminium and wood was the theme agreed upon and the results are amazing. The aluminium slatwall panels with matching storage cupboards below are contrasted with the wooden floor and worktops and the curved counter acts as the perfect display for the range of safes that are sold here.
The functional working area at the rear of the unit housing the digital machinery necessary to the business is now visible to customers but the curved façade around the works shop acts as a protective screen but also displays a large scale map of the areas GCD serve.
We designed the shop with an open mind and then costed it; as usual we had to do some Value Engineering but without too much trimming we arrived at a scheme and cost the customer was more than happy with.
