A blank canvas here for a change, the client took possession of a previously unused vacant unit within a new development, there were three walls, a shopfront, a ceiling with basic lighting and air conditioning and then everything else was added.
This was a very basic fit out and consisted mainly of additional lighting to highlight certain areas, the second fix joinery items like skirting’s etc, new electrical and data installations, decorating and new floor finishes.
There were however a number of bespoke items which transformed the interior into something rather spectacular. A wonderful LED illuminated letter “P” mounted on one of the walls, the White laminate workstation for the Sales Team to operate from and a new Reception desk with integral drinks fridges under. All of these things were then elevated even further by the introduction of the halo lit graphic wall panels. All in all a fantastic looking shop has been created for not a huge amount of money.
