Question how do you revive a once successful restaurant, answer close it down and rebrand it totally! The owner of this Thai Restaurant decided it was time for a huge change, having been involved with a successful Sushi restaurant in London’s Baker Street he thought Windsor was ready for Sushi! Many a long hour was spent designing this project with the client the result is a truly stunning Bar Restaurant with magnificent views of Windsor Castle. All the design work from the lighting right through to the stainless steel back bar fittings was done in house along with the manufacturing of all the joinery.
