A pleasure to deal with. Great at trouble shooting on the go which is always helpful when doing refurbishment work. Artisans work was of a high standard, which resulted in a very short snagging list at the end of the project which was finished before time.

This was the second project that CDS Construction has undertaken for us and we would have no hesitation in inviting them back to tender on any future project.

C D S have just completed their second piece of work in our office, in January 2018 they built a training room for 20 candidates and re-used the existing glass partitions in our office. The latest job was to remove a glass corner office and build a larger solid walled workshop.


On both jobs Martin has been superb, from quoting to changing the plans mid-way through construction when we realized the original plan was not the best solution. The work has been done quickly, on-schedule and budget. We have managed to share our office with the workman and continue to operate nearly normally.


I will use them again and have no qualms in saying this has been an excellent company to work with and the quality of the work was outstanding and all has been done in good humour and spirit.

CDS refurbished our 65 hotel rooms, common parts, and the Main Reception, a phased, complex undertaking due to the management issues of building in a functioning hotel. We needed rooms back into service with minimum delay to reduce lost income.
